Default differential swap

I have an 85 Blazer with a 305 that I am currently using for parts for my 82 Blazer with a 6.2. I am considering swapping the front and rear differentials from the 85 gasser over to the 82 6.2. The reason is because the 82 has an open rear differential (one wheel peel), which only gives me 3 wheel drive, and the 85 has a limited slip rear. My question is about what you all think about doing this change. I dont have the actual ratios off hand, but I know the 82 has a taller ratio. I expect my low end torque will be tremendous with the 85 differential, but am concerned about the cruising rpm and overall speed and mileage. The tranny is a 700r4 and I am running 33 inch tires. So...what does everyone think?
