It is possible the injection pump let go. Where did the pump come from was it rebuilt buy a top notch pump shop or was it a $400 cheapie off ebay? There is a hand full of things this could be. Check all the fuses, make sure you got fuel to the pump, that the pmd has a good. There is a crank sensor on these things but it is not likely to be the problem. The ecm could have also went but its not likely ether.

Is this a new pmd or a used one?

it was a used pmd. u can take the fuel shutoff solenoid out and turn the dey on and it flows fuel through the pump. no fuel at injectors. power to shutoff, pump and pmd. checked all fuses a dozen times and the ground is good. we bought the pump from a chevy dealership.

If the pump came from a dealership does it have a warranty on it?

if there is no fuel at the injectors then its either a faulty pmd, injection pump, or shut off soleniod.

What about the ecm or throttle pedal? I never have had ether of them fail so I would think it would not be likely. I don't know weather they would run with a bad pedal.
