It's a whole lot of orange. Looks good and clean. It's getting hard to find them in that nice of shape.

A tint is in order, maybe around 35%.

Less then 1 hour after buying it I had a trailer hooked up and towed my car 1500 miles..haha

No rust on body, cab corners, etc.... I was suprised, but it was a southern truck and fleet maintained so that helped alot, most trucks this year in WI are rotted out already.... I hope to keep it this way for as long as possible....

I really want to find a nice 2 inch leveling kit, put on a diamond eye 4" exhaust, k&n filter and call it a day.....

does anybody recommend a good leveling kit for a 98 2wd 2500? they seem hard to find...

Thank for the comments

oh and are the 2 front scoops on the bumper actually functional? it doesnt seem to go anywhere when I look at it......

Thanks woody35, I just like to understand exactly how they work, since they are only on our diesels....maybe a way to mod them for better airflow etc.......

On mine there is a plastic insert in those holes that channel the air up into the engine bay...

some more pics as promised, gave it a good wash.......threw in a k&n drop in, plugged the intake silencer with a random plug.... decided to keep the oem box to minimize the hot air drawn in, I put the top back on.

It came with a cb mount and old school cell phone holder mounted into the dash......the faded grille wll be replaced eventually.....thats about it, just gonna keep it running

106k miles and counting

Looking into exhausts...... Im addicted to the turbo whistle and want more now......

people still do a double take when they hear the diesel rattle since have no badges or indicators of the powerplant.....
