do you still have the waste gate wired shut? If it gets over 14 or 15 psi it will defuel.

Wish it was guaged out right now. I think it might be holding the waste gate shut I would unhook it and see if it still defuels. If it still does my guess would be it is the boost sensor. And if it doesn't then we got to figure out why the turbo is not opening.

I am thinking of doing it myself to my 98. I have a straight 3" pipe on my 94 and 95 and that was a big improvement over stock but I plan on turning the 98 up some to pull my camper and figured I better go to 4". I haven't heard any with warpspeed in real life but the one I heard on you tube sounded the best. It sounded more like a tubo diesel than a big block gas like most of them make it sound. Let me now if you do it how you like the warpspeed.

Yea that was part of my plan for now with the truck. 80 horse ecm, mechanical waste gate, water mist injection, 4 inch exhaust and still debating a fluid damper just to help prevent crank breakage but not sure yet. Then building a 18 to 1 monster for later aint it funny started out as a budget truck $1500 tops now its got a build budget thats higher than the coast of a new truck. Keep us posted on how it goes and if I do mine first I will let you know.
