Default Cold Weather

My 96 does not want to start when it gets cold my buddys 92 starts fine but mine won't any little tips to get it started. I have been told that its bad glow plugs.

plug it in over night, you should have a block heater already installed. take out your glowplugs and with the wire still attached turn the keys and test them.the whole plug should turn orange

alright i plug in my truck every night. it doesn't seem like the motor is even warm when i keep it plugged in. So i am going to change the plug and the wire

i bought a new plug it has not been installed yet but now it doesn't have any trouble has started up for the last couple days no problems

it is way below 160 when i start it up. it lopes every morning and is always real cold

your block heater is burnt out,I just replaced my block heater because it was burnt out.And some glow plugs,replace all of them with Delco 60G glow plugs.They are pretty easy to replace.
