there is a whole lot of design behind an exhaust system. its the whole issue about backpressure and how much to have and not to have. basically i dont know but to give you a simple answer its what muffler they used or how they bent the pipes that caused you to lose it. which you probbably already guessed. what tires you getting?

i m getting Hankook ATM RF10 245/75/16, I dont have to much money for it, it seems it good reviews. Woody, so you think the Warpspeed system should be good enough, I' ve been thinking maybe going with that, I mean it comes to $490 with install. It should be a better system, than what I got now. Would you go with warpspeed? Sorry man, so hard to choose between the SSD and them. I just dont think that the current system I have, flows as good as 4" will. I still have the stock turbo downpipe, and was thinking maybe changing the crossover pipes as well. Give me some direction, I would really appreciate that, you probably have more experience with diesel than I do. Thanks man, take care.

Just be careful with the length that runs under the cab. I ran 4 inch from the downpipe back and sometimes it rattles under the cab. Space is a bit tight! i am thinking of switching back to a 3 inch straight exit in from of the right rear wheel. But the 4 inch straight sounds great, the turbo quiets the crackle down, plus the turbo whines now , that's a plus!!!
