my setup with bolt on mods & as I said before is good for 18K# when coupled to my g/n & backhoe on it, I have 3:73 final and 4L80E, but I only pull that a couple of times a year 150 miles with some hills. I run about 2-3K miles a month on it, 176K on the engine, It will run 100+ in a heartbeat

I've done nothing to internals, I built new engine waiting for a break in my schedule to install it, nothing wrong with the one in truck now, but the new engine is "bullet proof" or as close to it as I can make it

Built around a chinese copy of the new AMG h/d block, that I built myself over course of a 2 years as I could afford parts, did all the stuff I listed to it in the last post. Then once I pull this one I'll "aquire parts over time" and freshen up this engine I'm running in my truck, I have a 98 Burb also, then the engine will be the spare for both trucks.

With what you are describing I'm thinking you'll want to use the orange block, 6.5 heads, and a A Team Turbo, main reason for the ATT you'll get better mpg-power, and less stress on the engine, as you won't be needing to run high boost/IAT that the GM turbo will make. The ATT is significantly better than the GM one.
