Default 6.5 turbo diesel

I have a 2000 chevy 6.5 3500
I was wondering if anyone knew any little things to do to it to add a bit of power.

Is it totally stock? Exhaust would be the first thing, Diamond Eye makes a nice kit, don't forget the crossover pipe. Feed The Beast mod is cheap and easy. there are several tuning options available as well as different turbos, all depends on how much you're looking to spend.

Yes it is bone stock I am putting a 4 inch strait pipe on it though but any other things besides exaust and air intake ?

How many miles? You might want to get a new set of injectors if you don't know how old yours are. Some good 6.5 vendors are: Kennedy Diesel, Heath Diesel, and Leroy Diesel. And I as I said above: FTB mod (you can make your own or Walking J Designs sells a kit, I bought the kit from them), turbo options include the A Team turbo and Heath sells a couple that are direct swaps, other turbos like the HX40 can be made to fit. There are a couple different tuning options from the vendors I listed as well as KOJO which is sold by Walking J. A better lift pump is a good upgrade, the vendors I listed all sell one. If you search around you can see what others have done, I have a Carter 100gph pump sitting in a box waiting to go on my truck.

It's got 330 000 so definitely injectors. It stars good but I think I might put glow plugs in it, I found a performance ECM on ss diesel supply's that's supposed to add up to 80 hp an 160 ft/torque

Injectors and glows would be a good thing. Bosch injectors and Bosch Duraterm glows are the best. SS Diesel would be my last choice for an ECM. Heath, Kennedy, and KOJO are going to be your best choices. You can look into a turbo master, it replaces the vacuum pump and controls turbo boost with a spring and is adjustable. Boost gauge is going to be very important when you start adding mods, especially with a turbo master. It's nice even stock so you know if your even making any boost.

Would also be a good idea to add a pre turbo EGT probe/gauge.

When you get more power and drive it harder monitoring exhaust temps is a lot more important-no sustained temps above 1200F.
