My 6.5 has a knock that goes away when i crack the fuel line on #2 cylinder. The engine is a new Jasper,new pump,new PMD located front of rad,new turbo boost sensor,new coolant temp sensor, new injectors. #2cyl I have changed the injector twice, bad injector no! Some blue-grey smoke not alot. Plenty of power, knock nearly goes away when driving.Starts good, idles near good but not perfect. What wrong?

 

Sounds like a bad piston or bearing you might want to get a comprrssion test done and or go back to where you got the motor from

 

How many miles on new injectors,some times it takes a little bit for them to seat and get quit.If jasper put them in and not you they are most likely not new.

Hi mate me to got a 6.5 that has in intermittent knock ,sound like its at the back left cylinder.

 

Knocks are often from bad injectors.
