Default Looking to do a few upgrades on 6.5 turbo diesel

I currently haven't done any upgrades I've looked everywhere, Well I've deleted muffler. I have a 1994 k3500 tbd 4x4, with 175xxx miles.
I'm basically looking for a little more power, I've looked at changing wastegate to build up little more boost? Also I've seen the relocating PMD ? Will any of that help? Do anythang ?
Also I'll take suggestions on what to do.

depending on emmissions in your area look at getting a diamond eye 4" exhaust with a muffler,or similar system.
they come with a much better 3" downpipe and delete the soot trap.

Also take the time to pull the exhaust crossover pipe-they are double wall construction anmd sometimes are collapsed internally where you can't see it,if you can roll a glof ball all the way through it-it's ok,if the ball doesn't come out the other end replace it.

next remove the snorkle in the passenger side fender where the air filter pulls cold air from.
then replace the stock flat panel air filter with a stock K-47 air cleaner assembly from a 97+ 6.5 equipped truck,car-part.com or your local wreckers is a good place to look.

Do the remote PMD kit with a new PMD and 6' extension harness and a new PMD resistor #7 or #9.
Mount it under/behind the frt bumper or behind the grill on a rad support-it MUST be out of the engine bay where it can stay at outside tempos all the time.

google 6.5 diesel lift pump test and make sure it's working.
google OPS relay mod and install.

the stock turbo doesn't play well with more boost nor does the engine but a good ECM tune will be a big help- search Buddy six gun tune or I can get you some contact info by private message.

Another power aid is aturbo intercooler/aftercooler setup, you can buy them or DIY with ebay parts-there are air to air systems or water to air coolers.
Water injection that is boost and/or EGT activatedalso helps with power.

If your injectors have more than 100,000 miles- have them rebuilt with Bosach nozzles and have pop pressure set to 2200 to 2300 psi at your local tractor repair place or diesel shop,or buy injectors from a reputable source like aq site sponsor here.

I made a small change to the OPS relay mod so that it will have a prime cycle when the glow plugs work.
