I did get a chance to mess with the 99 some more. Algae algae algae, algae every where.

So at this point It looks a complete tear down and cleaning of the fuel system before I go any further.
I called up the shop we use for injection and pump work. and he pretty much agreed with that assessment.

$600- $700 for a pump rebuild. Not what I wanted to hear. But he did turn me onto a 98 pickup that he put an IP , Turbo and injectors in a year ago. Seems it blew a head gasket and it's up for sale. I'm going to check on it this weekend. Supposedly can be bought for a $1000
