Check the downpipe for touching the cab or frame-engine mounts that get soft over time change the original clearances.

What type of air filter are you using and does it rest on the inner fender or is it mounted solidly?

Why turn it upward?
You will be sucking hot air rather than cooler outside air from the fender.

Also just trying to figure out if the noise is a vibration or what?

There are no inner fenders right now and the noise only happens when you really hammerdown on it or it is topping out.
