ground on passenger side

More than likely it was intended to go to the frame at or near the same location the engine to frame ground is connected.
Sometimes there is a fender to battery ground also.
The grounds I wanted you to clean and/or repair are the 3 ground wires on the stud at the back of the passenger side intake/water block off plate.
