Default Replaced Batteries Wont turn Over

Ok I'm feeling a little dumb here, batteries were old and slow to turn over so I went to Costco and got a new pair of the 1000 CCA series and put them in. Feeling accomplished and looking forward to a quick start I jumped in and "click", no crank at all. Back under the hood cleaned and tightened grounds from both batteries to the block, and the ground at the back of the block passenger side into harness, "click" no crank at all. Put the old batteries back in still nothing? Looked at every fuse that I can find under the hood or on the panel and nothing looks blown. I'm at a loss here guys.... what the heck am I missing?
All the dash lights are up and I don't have any codes.

Very likely a problem with the starter solenoid, but could also be a neutral safety switch failure.

Thank you all for the troubleshooting help, she runs....
I wound up pulling my inner fender to be able to see anything (that 4' downpipe from the turbo is hard to see around) and there it was the grounding strap to the frame was ugly, and I dont have any strap from the frame to the body. So I cleaned up the one I have and she fired right up. SO... now Im going to make a couple of new straps and call it good.... Cheers to all
