Default 91 6.2l head gaskets

i am putting a turbo on my 6.2 and was wondering if i should use the .010"+ head gasket or just the stock size. i have the heads off now and would just assume do it now. the reason for my thinking is to help knock compression. even just a little. will these gaskets blow out easier?

I just used stock 6.5 HG's. The fire rings are supposed to be a little better. I would recommended ARP studs but they are a little tricky to install and not leak. Worth it though.
