Default lift pump not powering on

just put new realy in in still nothing in if i jump the realy truck runs like new if i dont lift pump will not trun on in truck will die help its calling for snow to night it i wanna play with my truck

sounds like an OPS issue.

If pre 96 truck the OPS supplies power for the LP when the engine is running,common problem and should ONLY be replaced with AC Delco OPS.
The relay is only in the power circuit for starting.
Google OPS relay mod and install for long term reliability.

If 96+ check fuses and OPS,although the OPS is only a backup power source.

Not to be too simplistic, but check all grounds
