If you have the wastegate welded shut, what good is the vac pump?
Does your truck have an EGR valve?S vin?

Having over 10 psi boost is of almost no value unless you have an 18:1 compression engine.

More boost from the GM turbo only makes higher IAT's and that can cause a defuel on it's own.

20 psi is only going to blow the engine up sooner so I would leave well enough alone unless you are blowing black smoke.

It is a 18:1 engine, my trouble right now is it only revs to 1100 rpm thats it no matter what, wont rev any higher, i need it for work this weekend to pull trailersbut i cant at 15mph. I want to get a stock turbo for it to put it on and have just the 10psi, the cummins turbo threw a bearing so i just went out and bought one quick for 200 bucks thats like new and threw it on to get me threw the month, my plan is to stick a stock on but i cant figure out whats going on now.
Thanks alot for your help though

The black sensor on top of the intake manifold that is about 1/2 the size of a deck of cards.
