well I don't know why he said it takes that long man. I have seen them done in 45 min and a friend of mine says he does them now and then and is down to 1hr 20 min. If you put a fass system on a vp truck it will live a long time. My truck has over 200k on it now with a vp put on with 125k on it now.

I was merely stating WHY the cummins guys feel the need to knock powerstrokes, but how even most cummins guys LIKE the 7.3, when all of a sudden we're talking how much faster a common rail duramax is than a 7.3

Tireturd- I was merely stating why a v8 diesel is far better overall than an i6. THAT'S why a ptroke with 100hp less can outhaul an i6... The area under the curve is much more broad, compared to a cummins i6 peaky low rpm numbers
get my name right or don't reply to me at all, I happen to like the 7.3 I just don't like peeps who don't know wtf they're talkin about.

Instead of getting all you panties in a wad why don't you guys help out people who post questions on this forum? Here i am sitting with a truck i am trying to fix by the help of people on the forum and my thread has two replies and this one has 83! 20 in the past day or two! if you either have a cummins, powerstroke, or a duramax and stop being a internet warrior this is ridiculous use your knowledge on this forum or don't at all

This is the most ridiculous thread I've ever seen on this site.

Including the one's I've posted in the BadLands.

Wow that didn't take long at all.

I've never bashed on the 7.3's. In fact, I've tried to buy a few 7.3's that fell through. I'll just always prefer Cummins though. Guess I'm one of those Cummins nut-jobs

Half of the claims on this thread I could make up off the top of my head, there's no credibility.

Did you know I know a guy with a 400hp 4bt Cummins that will outrun a 600hp Powerstroke?

so if this were true why are the big rigs running inline motors and not v-8's?

This made me laugh, congrats

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

And fire power you are by far the biggest baby I've ever seen post on this site. If you(***mins) guys werent so insecure you wouldn't feel the need to backup your holy 5.9s by posting in this thread. This thread like most is oppinionated so quit taking it so seriously holy cow. Powerstroke people I know only talk sh*t about how much smoke cummins blow not the performance side.
