What Do You All Do For Extra Cash

The sprayer sits in the bed, there is a boom that mounts in the 2 inch receiver.
Electric motor to supply the pressure with a remote switch to turn it on and off.
Several products are available. There is also one called Icenator. I believe they are out of Nebraska. The freight was too much for that product, from Nebraska to me. So I went with Magic -0. Available locally. (no shipping charges.)
250 gal tote for $2.77/gal. One gal covers 1000 s.f.
There are several companies that now make a unit that sits right on the tote, instead of having a separate tank and spray unit.
Two links to check out:

To some extent, yes. Light blowing snow should melt as it hits. The problem being if it snows really hard, it will accumulate on top . The snow must be in contact with the fluid. For example, if you drive out in the morning after a 2 inch snowfall, the tire tracks will melt through in about 10 minutes. Once plowed, the thin layer that is left, would melt off the same as a light snowfall would.
I applied the solution with a hand held pump type sprayer to a light snow that was iced over (less than an inch) in less than 15 minutes the driveway was clear. It worked great.....
Next time back to the warehouse, I'll snap some.
by the gallon applied. ($8.50/gal - applied)

so do you just go to the supplier and fill up your tank or do you have to buy it in 55 gallon drums or something.
do you have a meter on your tank to know how much you have used?

the nearest vendor is 2 hours from me. not very convienient
