I would take it to small claims and file suit, it will cost you $20.00 for filing. You can file it in your county, the burden would be on him to either show up and defend or have a judgment placed on him.

You have photos, text messages and the courts cab summons bill of lading to get the shipping weight. There is no way, I would get screwed and take it. If nothing else, get your money for the parts that you have to buy, bought due to damage and shipping.

no need to get testy! nobody said they were going to sue you! and not trying to call you a liar so don't take it that way but i have many texts and pm's saying that the yoke has already shipped or that you are going to ship it "tommorow" so i have a hard time taking you at your word, and no its not your fault if it was shipped and lost, but i do feel that it is your responsibility to do something about it! untill the parts are in my possetion the deal has not been completed.

blazier, look brother if it was the shipping company that is at fault for the loss then they lost it. but i would think that it is your responsibility to follow up on this issue with both parties involved...ie the buyer and the shipping company. if you want to be looked at as respectable then it is your duty to do so. how would you feel if you bought a product from someone and it was lost, and they said...well i didnt lose it, guess your gonna have to just eat it and be out of luck??? thats not the way to do buisiness and i think(hope) you realize that. your on here in the midst of all this also looking for someone to sell you something...bad form bud. if you wanna sell those injectors your gonna have to find someone either really desperate or someone that hasnt read this thread to do so. make it right for your own sake.
