Take an English muffin.

Split it apart and lightly toast it.

Place a medium-thick slice of Colby/ Jack cheese on the bottom half.

Put a generously-sized tomato slice on the cheese.

Wrinkle three large, thin slices of turkey meat on the top of the cheese.

Pour a hefty quantity of honey on the top slice.

Put it together.

Serve with apple sauce and tater tots.

English muffins are also good with burger patties made out of equal parts spicy pork sausage and ground sirloin.
