Take an English muffin.

Split it apart and lightly toast it.

Place a medium-thick slice of Colby/ Jack cheese on the bottom half.

Put a generously-sized tomato slice on the cheese.

Wrinkle three large, thin slices of turkey meat on the top of the cheese.

Pour a hefty quantity of honey on the top slice.

Put it together.

Serve with apple sauce and tater tots.

Imagine Sarah McLachlan in a thin, flowing silk dress having flaming milk slowly poured over her body, while making out with Ellen Page wearing nothing but a pleated leather skirt, and you'll have something close to as great as turkey-honey-English-muffin sandwiches.

Oh goodness. I have yet to try your rice and peaches recipe, I suppose I'll have to add this to my list? :)

English muffins are also good with burger patties made out of equal parts spicy pork sausage and ground sirloin.
