Today my parents house was having lighting problems inside.So i went to their breaker panel and reset 4 or 5 breakers that tripped.Then other lights in different parts of the house went out.I reset the breakers 4 times and no luck.Then my mom turned on the stove to cook something and the living room lights that wouldn't come back on came on.
I'm thinking some the breakers are going bad???

 

I'm not an electrician so I could be wrong but it sounds to me like you have a dead leg in the box. You turn on something that is 220 and everything works because it picks up power through it. The blown breakers I don't know about the only thing I can think of is its looking for somewhere to get power and blowing them. I am not for sure though like I said I am not an electrician.
