verizon droid

Wow!! The droid x is pretty sweet so far. Haven't gotten the chance to play with it too much yet, but it comes "stock" with a tether. Anyone with verizon should call and see if you can upgrade early. I had my storm for nine months and last week when i called towards activate the droid i bought used, the verizon assistant said i could ugrade both lines for $199 each after instant rebates. They came yesterday and we are pretty happy thus far. So much faster than the blackberry all around.
No rooting for the x for me yet though because as of now, you can't unroot.

I use it in my basement where I don't have cell service. its not quite as fast as real sms from my experience, so i use both. but its pretty bitchin, and if the phone is dead or something you can just hop on the net and keep up with your conversations.

yeah that was ~50% of the reason i returned the incred and got the droid. I hope it happens and this isn't the new trend, because the next gen procs are supposed to be insane.
