I've always wanted to go to Alaska...not sure if I'll ever get the chance to go though.

 

Join the air force- and you will be there quicker than you can say: Alaska can be cold!

 

actually... alaska is a place most people wanna go but never get to... guess we got lucky

 

You could also relocate to FT. Meade,MD and get your clearance (you and your husband).Then go to stuttgart germany,wiesbaden germany,mainz germany All nice places..To live for awhile.Lots of very nice castles.

 

Everybody should go atleast once. Thats all it takes to get hooked and wanna go back...I can't wait to go up there again but who knows when it'll be

My whole family...appart from my daddy, acts as if we were just told we were getting dropped off at the end of the world.... it's about to drive me insane. "your gonna have to write" WTF? we have cell phones... the hell? Cody's family are all airman...they know how this works...we go... we go somewhere else...

just sucks cus we are excited about moving, but my family is all upset... I keep telling them we are excited..and we dont have a choice..we gotta go..period..end of story


I was laying in bed last night thinking about all the stuff I want to do in alaska ..while we are there
1. I want to make a snowman a big one..like a 5-6ft snow man! ( cant make them in tennessee we dont got enough snow to make a 2inch snow man)
2. I want to go ice fishing .... they do that there right?
3. I want to go on a glacier tour
4. I want to hunt....everything ( im a big hunter already so the thought of getting to hunt all new animals tickles me pink)
5. i want to hunt everything.....except bears....
6. I want to ride a snow mobil

a few things ill FINALLY get to do or see

a WHITE CHRISTMAS!!!!!!.... ( and a white thanksgiving...and halloween)
shovel my driveway ( not that it will be fun)
and one of my biggest wishes ever will come true

ill get to see the northern lights

 

sounds like you got a plan and as far as your famliy have you always lived around them maybe they are having a hard time with thinking you will be that far away when i left for a while my family had a hard time to with that part of it.

 

yea i got a plan .... and yea i have always lived close to family... and it just ticks me off a little that I'm a positive person... and they are all negitive... ( aside from my daddy) i have a bad family history that is too long and too boring to tell... but im closest to my daddy and my daddys sister... and they were the only people that would talk to me for about 2 years.. just because i stood up for what i believed was right... My mom cheated on my daddy.... i stayed with my dad and everyone else got Ticked about it... .. but whatever...

 

bummer sorry to hear that but good luck it might just be what the doc ordered going to alaska then you arent amongst all off the negative aspects that are there

its always a good thing to spend a lil time away from family. bring u and ur husband closer
