I too have family history. Cancer and HP. My old man had cancer 3x and the last time it took him - he was 49 at the time. My mom's brother who is now in his 70's was very overweight and had stupid huge BP when he was in his 40's and 50's - he is in the best shape of his life now - all he does is walk 5 miles per day, changed his diet - that's it.

Frankly family history is a cop out. You control you. You make it happen or you don't - pretty simple.
