My B&W turnover ball hitch is stuck. Anybody have any ideas on how to remove it?

I usually have mine freeze upside down in the winter but hot water and a hammer work.

as far as now I would use some penetrating oil and a hammer to free it up, Once you've got it out put some grease on it to keep this from happening again. (Hammer from under the truck)

It hasn't been used in a while and was rusted shut. I sprayed with PB Blaster and then I heated it with a torch. I tried a hammer from underneath, but it wouldn't budge. So, I used a hydraulic jack on the underside and pounded on the top. It came out little by little (had to re-adjust the jack a few times) until it was finally free! Thanks guys for all the suggestions!
