There space frame is built like a rollcage, and they have sorta a cage around the fottwells. Like a race car. After all if you really look at the front end youll see it looks like a tiny mid-00s benz. Because thats who makes them.

 

You can put all the cage you won't in it.You won't be any safer.When the car rebounds off whatever it hit or gets hit by like a ping pong ball the occupents have to go from 40-60MPH to zero to whatever exit speed instantly while the larger car slows but keeps going in the same general direction.Take a baseball bat.Now hit a Golf ball.What does it do.Now take the same bat and hit a bowling ball.What happens?The bowling ball don't move much as the mass absorbes the impact.The golf ball is off into the wild blue yonder.The occupents of the Fart car get just a little less impact than hitting the ground from a fall at 50MPH.

Wonder if they have any of the accelerometer data from the crash tests I think it would be interesting to look over and compare to a larger vehicle.
