You can rest assured that the site will be intidated with advertising. You can also bet that some of the members will be looking for a place to go. Any and all forums that I have seen that are taken over by corporate "forums" are in it for one reason and one reason only. MONEY. They will not drop big bucks on buying a site if they cannot get a rapid ROI.
