Actually i never made that one, i made a differnt one yesterday , it was with sweet red onions, potato, carrots, kale, green beans and chicken broth.. that turned out really good. but i got the fixens for potato today i will do that one.....ill let you know how it turned out.....

ok. I just finished the most amasing potato soup.. so easy Chad could do it.......... evil... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmm thanks .......I used Red Pontiac potaoes.not russet. pretty sure any potato would work......... crispy bacon and onoions. cumin and a bit of tabasco.. pepper.. great for todays weather........... that will be gone as soon as the boys get home.....

 

Told you it was good...I put quite a bit of hot sauce in it.

Ill load up Ricks bowl with hot sauce.. I couldnt put too much in it Alexis has to be able to eat it. Its very good though, Id take a picture but it wuld just probably make you hungry..

 

The more you stir it the more you'll release the starch from the potatoes. This will thicken and whited the liquid. It's gonna need salt, go light. You can always add, but you can't subtract.
