Default Hours Of Service

Someone explain this: http://www.landlinemag.com/Special_R...urt_tosses.htm
What's this supposed to mean? no more 11 hour limit, no more 34 hour restart? unlimited drive time? Thats too good to be true. And no way would the Fed's let truckers drive nonstop. I do believe there should be something in place for the retards, but not quite such a pain in the ***.

That whole hours of service thing was just an f-up by somebody, I read that a while ago. The hours of service lawas are still in effect. They are just tryin to come up with somethin different because it ain't no good like it is. They just went about ti the wrong way

, howdy Jason, how r ya? I been keepin quiet for a while. Things just plain suck right now. My foot is still bothering me, I tryed clutchin today, that didnt work out so good. Im fixin to go to school for welding with a guaranteed job when im done. But i'll tell ya, after nosin round the supertrucker section here, im thinkin im missin the road. Damn I love them largecars!

I did some research and dug this up by the way http://www.logisticsmgmt.com/article/CA6463014.html
What the ruling means is the 11 hour driving rule and 34 hour restart rule are illegal. Which means drivers are back to the previous rules from before the 11 hour and 34 hour deal. So 10 hour driving per day. But I saw somewhere else as well, the courts have "stayed" the decission till Nov 27th I believe was the date.
The original ruling of abolishing the 11hour/34hour was supposed to take effect in mid Sept.
