Default Sucking Air & A Hard Start

So I think I have narrowed down my hard start. I have a air dog 100 with 1/2 fuel lines. I will be doing some searching and tightening and checking all my lines. Any tips to finding the place were its sucking in air?

Fuel pressure? How do you know it's sucking air and not leaking back?

Fuel pressure is good, and getting fuel to everything. It just gets air in the lines then wont start. I have done the uphill and downhill trick and nothing different has happened. I got a second opinion from another cummins mechanic he says possible air getting in somewhere... This one has stumped a few people. This weekend I might be re-doing my fuel lines...

Any Ideas?
