TC lock up i was wondering with the 4r100 can we put a tv lock switch in it like cummins guys can? Jw oh or do we have to buy a controller?

 

You can build a TC lock up switch, I have never done it, but its fairly easy. You just have to ground a wire to lock the TC.

Yes. But be careful at low RPM's, the pump cant make enough pressures to hold the clutch packs and you can damage the tranny. Nothing wrong when pulling and such, but dont treat it like a clutch and lock it at 5mph and crap.

I ran a SP Diesel unit for years, but once I got a built tranny I pulled it.

Ok so im building the tv lock up switch. Just need a few pointers on the diagram. There little things between the different points on the relay like 7&8, 6&2, also 1&5
