Hey all, I am new to this site. Found it had some really good information and great members, so I signed up.
I have a 2005 H.O. cummins 3500 2wd quadcab shortbox, with the infamous lock up issue. Mine only seams to do this in overdrive to 4th running about 65 to 70. Takes about 15 mins on the freeway to act up.
What been replaced.
Transmission twice.
APPS
Brake sensor
New factory alt not reman.
New batteries
New grounds
Apps noise isolator
Dodge dealer even replace a wire running to the APPs sensor.
Now the upgrades
APR head studs
100lb injectors
banks monster ram with boost tube
Airdog lift pump
Banks cold air with scoop
Smarty tuner on level 5
Banks exhaust
Any info would be great as I am running out of ideas.
