Default DDP nozzle question

ey powerstroke guys I have a buddy with an 02 7.3. He has a T.S six position chip stacked with an ejwa, a fass 150 and a bd built tranny. We were looking at the ddp sticks as his next upgrade and just wandering if anyone on here is running them and could give me some info i could pass on to my buddy. And ill be helping him install them so is there anything you need or are thay as easy to swap out as a cummins.

DDP makes nice injectors but they cost more then anyone else. and tell him to take the edge off because it is not doing anything other then being gauges. the TS will over ride the edge.

Your not installing Nozzles on a PSD... Your installing Injectors... You need to find out what your buying. Single shot, Split shot, 160cc, 180cc or what...

Installing Nozzles on a set of stock AD injectors is not cost effective. The nozzle does not control the amount of fuel that the injector can inject. A stock AD injector can inject 140cc per 1000 shots. Throwing a set of larger nozzles on a AD injector does not change the 140/1000. It can change the time it takes to empty which can add HP, but its a waste of money.

To change the nozzles on a PSD injector you have to completly disassemble the injector. Its not a simple nozzle swap like on a Cummins.

I would suggest a set of stage 2's for around 400RWHP or Hybrids for above that.

I am Extreamly happy with the AC code injectors we just put in Chelseas Excursion.

His budget is pretty good. He's wanting to be around 400 hp or so.
