I tried to install a torque converter lock switch on my friends 99 Cummins and accidentally tapped the wrong orange wire. I installed the one on my 02 and had no problem but was foolish and messed this one up. I tapped the solid orange wire instead of the orange with black stripe. Now his truck is stuck in 2nd gear, no bus in odometer, check engine, abs, brake light, no gauges besides tach and now no lights. I don't know what to do. New PCM? Reflash? I still have a 5 volt reference at the orange wire so I don't think that circuit is blown. Also all the wiring I did for the lock switch is unhooked and irrelevant to the situation now. This is my first post so let's see how good you diesel bombers are!!
