we have a customer who has a 99 1 ton 5 speed that is having issues. the lift pump will not come on with the koeo. neither will the grid heaters. as soon as the truck is started, the grids cycle like there supposed to, and the lift pump works. we have swapped lift pumps, no change. i hooked my ecm up off my 99 auto to see if it would work, same thing. what do yall think it may be.
