Any slack in the steering? To suggest A tie rod end or something of that nature. Or could be as simple as mud in the rims. Hardly ever like washing the rims on my dually cause you never get it all out and the sucker vibrates like A mother when you miss some. Got to be my number one most hated thing about running the dually... Just about got to take the tires off to get them clean. Other thing I would suggest is lifting the nose in the air and spinning the tires sometimes A separating tire is not as obvious as one might think.. Hope this helps.

Rhino.

Im not sure but I thought there was a recall with the tie rod connections or something... The dealer mentioned it to me when I was there one day.

You might also pull the front drive shaft, then drive the truck. If it still vibrates, you can eliminate the driveshaft from the problem list. Inspect the driveshaft for dings/dents also. That can throw it out of balance.
