My 92 just started to act like batteries are low, barely turning the motor over. After 20 seconds of starting or the 4th or 5th turn of the key, the starter acts normal and the motor starts. Batteries test good and full charge.

 

sound like starter lag to me had that problem with my 92 replaced starter and now she starts great even at 31*
