check out my sig, i have some of the basic things you need. there are a lot of options for different tuners. it all depends on how mild or crazy you want to go. my truck is pretty mildly modded but it always gets the job done, and it will still break the tires loose if i want it to. i am thinking about some injectors next. good luck

It just all depends on where you want to start. Whats on your truck already? Do you have any gauges? My suggestion is, if you do not have any gauges start there. I just went with the edge juice with attitude because you get power and gauges in a set. From my messing around if you decide to go with something like the edge or other programmer/tuner, if you have not changed the lift pump to an aftermarket one.....that might be a wiser choice of the two. Best thing to do is search around with the search a read like crazy. Good luck, sorry for the long post......

Gauges
Airdog or FASS
Quadzilla Adrenaline, Edge Comp or Edge Juice with Attitude
4" or 5" Exhaust
Air Intake

That would get you started on the right path.

where are you from? Get a new lift pump before yours craps out/Gauges would be a great start. Also, you might want to start figuring out how to keep that tranny cooler and change the fluid/filter. You probably have 100k plus miles on that badboy. Time to start paying attention to the problem areas

whatever rout you go you need to make sure you first or at the same time do a good lift pump i.e. FASS or AirDog, Than keep your trany in mind VB & TC if an auto & a clutch if a stick shift, As far as a programer goes you I recomend the Edge Juice W/Attitude, It has plenty of cool safty feturs & all the gauges you could ever need. Good luck with the build, Oh & fill in your sig so we can see what you got
