Hello my dad and me have built his 96 12v and have Ben having a he'll of a time trying to work out these EGT issues. Truck don't start to spool until I Wana say 1900rpm. We see around 60 to 70 psi. He was Manley building it for towing. But with a 8k lbs bumper pull trailer up a hill its hard to keep the EGTS under 1200 degrees at any speed. The truck also don't seem to build as much boost while under a load vs empty. That's the short form here is the list of stuff done I know off the top of my head.

5 by 12 injectors
AFC live
hamilton street head with springs
218/178 cam
compound turbo bottom is a 369sxt top turbo is a super B.
mishimoto intercooler
4 inch exhaust completely open.
stock bottom end. 5 speed Manuel truck
I know there is things I don't know that are done and I will get more information when I have a chance to talk to my dad.
