My 98.5 5 speed 4x4 running great stopped for fuel got in turned on key all lights bells and whistles on, Turn key nothing jumped starter turns over no fuel pump coming on new ignition switch relays are good no blown fuses clutch safety switch is good not sure what is going on now could the ECM have gone out of the blue? Please help.

 

Also no power to roll up windows
