Maximum EGTs?

When pulling a heavy load up a long grade, what is the maximum safe pre-turbo EGT?

Our engines are rated for 100% duty-cycle at 1250*f as seen at the exhaust-manifold's outlet (preturbo). That means you can run it at 1250*f 24/7.
