Not sure the size but I just did a FASS on my 06 and tucked it drivers side front bed bolt- it's tight but fits! You can see it well looking from rear wheel well forward

Will be doing the beans diesel sump. Looks like I need to notch out a tab on frame to put where I want. Going to leave my factory fuel return in too I think

If you haven't done one before then here's my $0.02- run fuel down as far as possible - after getting pump mounted pull the drive shaft(make sure truck is chalked well)- lower tank by loosening 2 bolts on the drive shaft side of the tank- it will lower enough you do not need to disconnect fuel neck or factory lines- unplug factory sending unit connector by moving red clip to back of truck and then pushing toward drivers side-hook in AD- then just tighten bolts back up and reconnect drive shaft- factory lines can stay going to tank so if you need em later they are there and no need to wrestle getting tank back up. Ratchet wrench is a big time saver on tank bolts- also if using manifold for fuel return from AD make sure you don't cut the vent tube (don't ask how I know it's close)

Sump is easy - follow instructions- I used gray permatex RTV for torx holding rings in place and haven't had an issue
