Have 02 lb7 with 124k on it that either has hard starts or no starts. No codes, no fuel in crank case, knocking, loss of power or smoke. Pass flow rate test and everything. Changed the fuel water separator and the fuel lines. Any ideas why its still doing this? Could it still be a injector problem or is it something?

 

and fuel leaking around the primer on the filter housing?
