Default clutch wont fully release

Hello All,
I have a 95 f350 powerstroke. Throw out bearing went out so replaced clutch, bearing and pressure plate and all worked fine for over a month. Then one morning while going to work the clutch stopped releasing all the way. I then replaced master cylinder, slave cylinder with a new assy preloaded but no change. I then adjusted the arm under the dash to put more pressure on the slave cylinder but no change. I pulled the tranny and pressure plate and found that the fingers are 1/4 higher than another that I have that also came off of a powerstroke. The hole where the shaft goes through is also 1/4 larger. Could the fingers being higher cause the issue with the clutch not releasing. I am not new to diesels but learning about the 7.3 powerstroke.

I found the answer to this problem. On the inside of the pressure plate there are holders for the clutch finger the finger pivot on. One of the pivot holders broke so 2 fingers would not pull the plate up.
