Default radiator swap suggestions for a 2001 7.3 psd

I got a hole in my radiator, big enough my patch job wouldn't hold. I don't really want to spend the $800 for the aluminum radiator for my 2001 7.3 psd. I was considering finding a few parting semis and taking some measurments. I had the idea of removing my account condenser and system, placing the larger semi intercooler where my condenser was to help separate the rad and intercooler. I know it'll probably be a pain in the *** and could turn out expensive, but I'd rather pay for something unique and effective vs what everyone else has. Any suggestions or is my idea not as good as I thought? Also I've now removed my fan clutch and plan on doing electric fans on a switch so I can kill them when want my power for launching.

I've looked at that one. I may go that route if I can't figure something out. I found a parting semi with a radiator that I could fit with modification to my support and reducers to size down the hose to fit my psd hoses. I did the measurments and if I remove the ac condenser I can fit the intercooler from the semi too.

I also found a parting '08 that I'm going to go check out. See if I can use the rad and intercooler from that possibly.
