Vibration at 60-70 mph

Vibration at 60-70 mph
Alright I got a good one for you boys.
I'm running Firestone Transforce HT's on my 96 needed two new tires so I've got new on the rear after about 3 weeks with these new tires I start to feel a vibration in the pedals/floor from 60-70 anything above or below that it is none existent. Have had the tires rebalanced 4 times two of them have been road forced (or whatever it is). Has brand new MOOG U-joints no slop in the driveshaft at all. Any ideas?
