Default Batteries

I am getting very close to finishing my up diesel swap into my f150. Im using a 7.3 from a 1995 f250. I still need to buy a set of batteries, as well as some other trinkets... but I am wandering how many cca's as a minimum do I need? Should I buy a set of 850's or get a pair of 1000's from the tractor dealer? I live in Ontario so I does get quite cold in the winter. Any input would be appreciated.

I would say 850 at the minimum, 1000 couldn't hurt I wouldn't think
