hey all, picked up a 96 international towtruck with the navistar 7.3 powerstroke with 120k that does not want to start when cold, but when I give it a small shot of either she fires right up idles fine but smokes white/blue-ish that smells like fuel real bad and acts like it's loading up, bogy when ya give it gas untill you can get the rev's up. if i take it down the road she seems to clear up if I feather the pedal antil the rpms get up there then she runs fine and dont smoke. seems to do fine from there and can drive it around no problem. can turn it off and she starts right up. I was told it was probly a bad IPR from the previous owner, replaced it at a cost of 250.00 and no change (that left a little sting in the ring) any idea's? any help would be greatly appreciated.
